Hi!  I’m Joseph Michael Falduti with The Hamilton Park Group at Howard Hanna Rand Realty in Jersey City.  As a native of Nutley, NJ who transplanted to Jersey City, I specialize in Hudson County with the expanded reach of Essex/Bergen/Passaic counties.

In addition to working as a real estate agent, I also teach voice to musical theatre college students (AMDA, Molloy/CAP21, NYU), as well as work with young pre-professional and professional performers at Broadway Artists Alliance in NYC.

As a college instructor who works with students in the arts, I understand the difficulties students and young performers face when searching for housing in the NYC Metro market.  As such, I’m happy to provide extra time and care to students making the transition to renting.  My goal is to make the process as clear, seamless, and stress-free as possible.  If you are a young performer looking to make the move to NYC and are willing to consider living west of the Hudson River, I encourage you to reach out to me.  I’m happy to talk with you about some of the advantages of living in the Jersey City area.
