Hi!  I’m Joseph Michael Falduti, a Jersey City-based real estate agent with The Hamilton Park Group at Howard Hanna Rand Realty, helping clients buy, sell, and rent homes across Hudson, Essex, Bergen, and Passaic counties.

Before real estate, I built a career in the performing arts as a voice teacher at AMDA, Molloy/CAP21, and NYU, and as an operations director at Broadway Artists Alliance in NYC. That experience taught me how to listen closely, guide people through big transitions, and bring a calm, solutions-focused approach to stressful situations.

I’m especially passionate about helping first-time buyers, renters, and young professionals - including students and performers making their first move to the NYC area - find homes that fit their needs and budgets. At the same time, I work with clients of all backgrounds and property types, from condos to single-family homes.
